A: Spit it Out
This is a one-sided 7", interestingly enough the music on side A is not even melvins it's Halo of Flies the band of Amrep's owner Tom Hazelmeyer, playing a version of their song Spit it Out. This 7" was released in limited edition and was only available at the two shows at Grumpys on 9.18 and 9.19 of 2000. The remainder were sold on Amrep's website along with a poster with similar artwork which can be seen here.
Here's what Amrep's website had to say about this release: Great idea, unfortunately the Melvins used the opportunity to slaughter a Halo Of Flies song. At least there's only 200 copies bearing witness to a GREAT band's lowest moment.
