Dennis Dunaway (of Alice Cooper fame)
when I saw Lou Barlow live in a living room last year, he brought up this name as a huge influence and said he was the greatest bassist ever or something. except he couldn't remember the name and out of 30 people there hardly anyone could remember it. he seemed surprised Arizonans knew so little about Coop trivia.

Ok, I'm losing my mind. What's the first song the two of them play at the beginning of the clip? It feels like I'm forgetting my own middle name.

That excited me at first, but then i realised he was talking about Redd Kross in the sentence prior. Perhaps he just meant recording a new album with them or a solo thing and THEN touring with Melvins.
