Considering how much some other rare Melvins stuff goes for, I'm surprised at how relatively cheap 6 Songs usually sells for. Like $65 on average according to discogs.

These people have a known history of stealing/scamming/flipping. Also- why would you think I'd be stupid enough to be posting on this forum under my real IP and one that isn't masked/re-routed?

Also, I didn't think anyone on this board was tech savvy enough to re-route their IP

This account was created specifically for this reason.

Think.

I dunno anymore. Wouldn't it be crazy if you and I were the same person and I created your account and started this conversation with myself to throw off the trail of it really being me?

How does it help, what I'm saying, if nobody knows who I'm talking about? My message was intended to tell people who they're dealing with, not to intimidate the fucking thieves.

It helps to have some proof so people know you're not just stealing someone's personal info (and that of their family, which is reeeeally fucked up) and posting it on the internet without any backstory.

Also, mods can easily get your IP address and with it, find your location, name, occupation; all the same info you just revealed about someone else.

Nice thinkin' buddy.

Also, why are you writing in white? :?

Look, restlesssoul, I could give a shit what you think of me, but Idlehanz is someone whose opinion I care about, so.

Just be a member here. Not the guy who barges in the front door every two years to push his fucking agenda. We have two great members I can think of who have promoted their Buzz interviews and then actually come here to talk about other subjects and contribute in that way. Just try it for a month. Take a look around. You like PJ, fine. I like Duran Duran. And I let my freak flag fly high and proud.  :D

What am I missing here? Did someone delete a thread I didn't read? How could you possibly have a single thing to say to restlesssoul other than "thanks for the interview"? The "guy who barges in the front door every two years to push his fucking agenda"?? WHAT agenda? Offering Melvins fans interviews with the Melvins? God forbid. Would you rather he creeped everyone out by reading a decade of posts and referenced former members as though he knew them? If that isn't "barging in" I don't know what is.

This has to be the bbs version of Candid Camera because this thread doesn't make any sense at all.

I know right? This thread has gotten really weird and I can only hope that restlesssoul doesn't leave forever and think we're all assholes all the time :(

I really love Mackie's art and design. (A) Senile Animal is my favorite, and I had them sign the 4xLP gatefold when I met everyone a few years back. Also love Sugar Daddy CDs and 12"s. I was a little disappointed by Hold It In and Machine, but I generally don't like covers w/band photos.

I've also been disappointed w/the changeover to ecopacks, but understand people aren't buying CDs and they need to make money. Stills bums me out though.

I like eco packs. They're usually impossible to break (especially the centre piece that holds the CD in) and you don't have to fumble for 10 minutes just to take out/put back the booklet :D

Are you sure you don't mean digipaks? Those have the plastic centers. Eco packs are just cardboard and can easily damage the CD w/all the sliding.

oops yeah I meant digipacks but I don't mind eco packs either. Fuck CDs though
