Type and ye shall receive.  I just found tix for $158 round-trip.

Methinks a discussion with the wife is in order.

Spunk, I picked up an extra -- any chance of you flying down for the show?  You know you've got a couch to crash on, and the ticket's on me.

You know how much I'd love to.  I'll look around, and if by some stroke of dumb luck I can score cheap plane tix, I might take you up on the offer.

I guess I'll be visiting Sonic Boom next week then.  Whoot!

Mmmmmmmmmm Hamms'.  One of my best firend's alcoholic mother used to drink gallons of the stuff.  She'd hide cans all over the house from her husband, and in high school we'd go on beer hunts.  Almost never failed to scrape a case together.  They'd be under the couch, behind the cereal, in plants, you name it.  Good times.

That's the best thing about doing dinner at the GAMH, you get a table on the balcony with a really good view of the stage.  It kind of sucks though, because you aren't on the floor in the middle of the madness.  Never did the dinner there, but I hear it's half-way decent.  A great venue though (just like the name says).

Dale left the Melvins 2 or 3 years ago.  Buzz has been using an animatronic robot (like Chucky Cheese) with a drum machine.  Jeez, I thought people around here would know that.

Welcome Simon.

If that's true, then sweeeeeet!

So, are they going to be playing another Olympia show this year, or is it only Grumpy's?

Excuse me, but what does "gouging out" means?

I assume it's similar to "pulling out" or "taking out" or "ripping out".

You are correct sir.
