My friends think NOFX are great but I could never get into that whole new punk thing.

It's true. Depending on how deep the squarewave you're working with is, your speaker can be easily be damaged.

Stag and Honky are great albums, although a lot of people have a problem with Honky.:shock::shock:

Melvins Discussion / Heaviest Album???
April 03, 2004, 07:40:10 PM
Just wondering what everyone thought the Melvins heaviest album was? I think the Maggot is really heavy music wise, but Lysol's production sounds much more heavier.:shock::shock:

Melvins Discussion / 20th anniversary T-shirt

I've already ordered one, but seeing as I live in UK it'll probably take 4 months to get here (like my Fantomas T-shirt did!) Also a little advice when ordering from Cinderblock always go for a size smaller than you usually would. (I'll have to send my Fantomas T-shirt back as it comes down to my knees!)

Melvins Album Discussion / Re: Ozma

Seeing as '10 songs' and 'Gluey Porch Treatments' have been re-released on Ipecac I was wondering will they do the same with 'Ozma'? I mean the sound could really do with being a bit more 'polished' and they could take off 'Gluey Porch Treatments' and replace them with some more demos from that era. What do you all think?

Melvins Album Discussion / Electroretard

I agree with Klump, but I might go as far as saying I prefer all the new versions on Electroretard? Yes, I do.

Gonga are a more "stoner" sounding Melvins and are quite good.

Melvins Album Discussion / Electroretard

I was just listening to Electroretard and I think it's an amazing CD. I wish they would do more "Reworkings" like this. 'Youth of America" is probably my favourite cover they've done.

I'm surprised they didn't sell out sooner. Oh well, I least I ordered one in time.
