This is Vinnie Signorelli's hospital room where he's being treated for a leg infection. He's completely covered in heavy bandages and plaster and mustn't move a muscle. Dale has found the knob which controls the angle of Vinnie's bed, and he's tweaking it too and fro very quickly so that the part of the bed under Vinnie's bad leg is going up and down really fast.
