11 December 2006, Scala, London (with Flipper)

i don't know what it was that evening, but the sound there was fantastic!

seems a few of us were at that one. remember i was more looking forward to seeing big business as i was caning head for the shallows at the time.
they were good.
i say i can't, but i really mean i won't.

That's a perfect venue - the sound has always been great there, and it's just the right size. Dale was funny that night.

ah yeah, back when they still played evil medievil with that fantastic interception ('you got your medicine, i know you're not just like that...' or something).

oh yeah, forgot about that.
interesting words about the venue though, always found that room awkward, as in too big for what it is (small stage, average lighting). i feel theres too much empty space or somthing, lacks atmos, unless i'm right in front of the band.

Cat's Cradle, Chapel Hill 2002
Cat's Cradle, Chapel Hill 2004
Orange Peel, Asheville 200? (it was on the ASA tour, the show that Walsby recounts in that Manchild issue.  I think I still have hearing damage from this)
Blue Cat's, Knoxville 2008?  (second ASA tour)
Double Door, Chicago 2009 (Houdini anniversary mini tour.  This was such a pro-fan show; they play many many songs from all over their catalog.)

I wish I could have caught the BSM tour, but the money wasn't there at the right time.
I also saw Fantomas in Chapel Hill in 2005.  This thread makes me miss NC.

Honestly, too many times to even count. Been following these clowns since 93. And, I'll have to agree with my buddy Ether... Living in the Bay Area definitely has it's advantages. 8)
