Just ordered it from a dutch online media store, the website says it's already available and that the shipping time is 3 to 4 days.. interesting..

Sounds like Buzz says "Freak Puke" in the song Freak Puke. It's not often the lyrics of a Melvins song actually say the title.  :)
Also sounds like every song on this album is in standard tuning, except for A Growing Disgust (Drop D)
Also, sounds totally awesome  8)
