Anyone going to be there besides me? Just got a ticket!

Why no Austin? I'm still going to that Chainsaw Massacre house, even if I have to go by myself.

Austin later in the year I'll wager.

This will probably be the last trip I make for a long time.

Nonsense. Nurse says you're on the mend.

Have fun, Grim! Be sure to give us a full report!!

I'm curious to what the turn out will be like, too. I'm considering bringing my klunky DSLR.

Club Dada is in a part of Dallas called Deep Ellum. This neighborhood has so many bars a guy could get lost and I did. Buzz and Haze were at the merch table. Buzzo 10's were $35, bunch of Buzzo t-shirts, New Years, splits. Haze needed a calculator to do the math after my order. Not a full house, but a good turn out. Acoustic Buzz is great. You cannot believe how good the songs sound. The two stories about Grohl and Patton were pretty funny. The one about Patton shitting is kind of hard to believe, but Buzz somehow pulled it off. I was surprised that not a single person made a sound during Buzzo's set except to cheer him on. Buzz stuck around after the show and signed stuff and let people get a picture with him. I met a couple of cool people at the show. One guy drove 6 hours down to Dallas to see the show. Will post some Iphone videos later. Don't miss this show!

Lost my rental car for an hour in the parking garage. All because I stopped at 7-11 for a hot dog and forgot about it. Each time I looked in the car and saw that empty 7-11 box I thought it wasn't my rental. Finally had to check license plates. 48 percent tax on that rental from DFW. Other than that the trip turned out great.
