Do you get to choose which songs you download, or does it download automatically?  If you have two download codes, will you be downloading the same exact thing?

It downloads automatically.  If you received two codes, it was by accident and will likely download the same songs.

Thanks.  I mean, if someone ordered two different things, with two different accounts, and received two codes, one for two songs, one for four, etc.. Are the songs downloaded on the two-song code going to be the same songs downloaded on the four-song code?

Yes, they will be.  I made four different "albums".  The 2 song album has two songs obviously.  The 4 song album has the two songs from the 2 song album and two additional songs.  The 6 song album has the four songs from the 4 song album plus two additional songs and so on.
