Williamson is a sweet guy but damn, that moderator did everything but moderate. Not being a fanboy here, but the brief exchanges between Buzz and James were far more interesting than redundant Stooges trivia and showing slides which included no Melvins whatsoever. There are so many points in both band's timelines that overlap and would be worth elaborating on. Squeezing in a shaky riff lesson at the end didn't help either. Sorry for being stinky but I hate shitty interviews. Especially when they're this long and sold as such a big do-up by SXSW.

Yes. Can't really say this thing is firing on all cylinders.  :?
Dumbass host kept shutting down Buzz.
No mention of Mike Watt, that's an interesting angle on this new Stooges line up.
The guitar demo is pretty half ass.
This was months ago, why can't the slides be on the video.
If I paid to see this in person, my ass would still be hurtin.  :x

True story, Mike Watt being on of those overlaps that I was getting at. Melvins opened for Minutemen way back when.
I think the host doesn't have much of an idea of that stuff and is too much of a Stooges and/or Iggy mark to conduct an interesting conversation.

The only question asked was Buzz's favorite album to work on....pathetic!
