As much as I like the newer releases the last real quality release they did was Bulls and the bees. Everything since then has had a good bit of filler.
I would go further back than that! For me i think Nude With Boots was the last really good, consistent Melvins album. Although admittedly Freak Puke did get close.

I absolutely love that Bulls & The Bees EP I still listen to it regularly and must've listened to it nearly a 100 times now not only do I think it's the last great EP or album the band have released but I'd probably even rate it the Melvins best ever release even over HAT. That EP is just unique in the Melvins back catalogue.
