Where can I get ahold of Rokko's Adventures #5.1?

Their website is sold out and google search isn't turning up anything on Ebay.

I have it, though it's in a storage space right now. I'll get to scanning it when I have access next (approx. Jan/Feb).

I have one. :P Can not remember where I bought it. I know it was at a show, not online. The book ends around 2009. So it would have been at the Walsby table - either the BSM tour 2010 Cleveland, or Freak Puke fall '12 tour in same city.
