Ok, I figured it had already been posted, but I don't have the time to to search around for the post. And as you've noticed, I frequent this place less every year. I pretty much went on a social media blackout a couple years back and life hasn't been sweeter.

Nah, let people watch it for themselves...anyone who knows anything can see this guy who makes this video is out of his element.

He's like...credit hiJacking the band in a negative slanderous and mis-represented way...but either way for him it's more clout for his youtube Channel and a win-win for him regardless of how he's achieving his attention. In this case he's borrowing credit from a band he gives no credit to so it's sort of backwards irony credit hijack.

I wouldn't say it like that so bluntly and dismissively in that sort of context. People on the ASD spectrum tend to be gifted Experts on specific subject matter and this person doesn't seem like much of a Melvins expert to me...Yes, He is a total bozo taking everything completely at literal face value and has absolutely zero interest in the band but I don't think having a disability is where the disconnect stems from in this particular case entirely.

What I have a problem with is that I just can't believe a person can be so critical of something they don't understand or even know anything about like they're an expert on the subject when they aren't specialized in their knowledge, while simultaneously using it to boost a personal platform for himself whether it's negative attention or not. That's where I have the problem with him, not because he may or may not be affected by a mental disability. That's none of our business...what IS my business is that anyone who "Gets" The Melvins realizes how off the mark this person truly is in this particular case.
