Shall I point out that Dale does still use a ribbon crasher? Or are we saying he just doesn’t showcase it as prominently as he did in the past?

You know, that song won't lie down. It just won't go away. I mean, there's a Mike Tyson moment associated with it now. It's just bizarre. I guess it has a bit of mystery, a lot of atmosphere, and the drums coming in, pinning people to the wall.

correct, i think he used to have two ribbon in the past, now he still uses one

I went to build a ribbon crasher the other night with some broken cymbal bits, but I guess I threw them away...I ended up using a couple busted splash cymbals stacked with a pair of hi-hats with no felt and Put a tambourine on it...it sounded pretty close to a ribbon crasher and took almost no effort or time to make, and I covered "Revolve" and it pretty much saved the day..that whole recording is all about that sound.
