I really Hate Tabs, dont rely on them more than your own Ears.
That's just something each player has to develop on their own. I was atrocious at first, but was able to figure more stuff over a few years. Mostly don't have the time to do this unless I really just have to know. Melvins stuff is pretty easy for me to figure out these days, besides stuff like (parts of) Stag where the riffs and chords are stacked up tight and it's a bunch of metal shit anyway. Building up chords. Breaking them down. Minor, major, diminished. Stuff like that.

Buzzo writes Stuff pretty much 95% pentatonic blues scale dude...thats all it is, Except when its like a thrash Riff here or there but slowed down until its dead slow.

Take Boris or Hag me for example...speed those up and its like any oldschool Thrash metal riffage more or less.

Now, You give me the correct Tabs to play Hog Leg and I will show you a disease-free hooker.

The stuff I struggle with is probably written by Mark D

Does anyone have any idea what the guitar tuning is on the A Walk With Love & Death album? I'm pretty sure its different than what they play live. the song I'm interested in specifically is Sober-Delic. i don't really need tabs if i can figure out what Buzz is tuned to. HELP!

thanks!!
