Or you can buy a T-shirt and design it yourself. It can be a one of a kind piece of fashion. You can put "Indeed", "Don't Hag Me", "Papa Smurf Hearts Melvins", "Kevin's Fired!!!" "Jeff Thomas", or anything else your black hearts desire. It's the punk rock thing to do.

if we want lunica to design it, we'll have to let her design it.  you know?
lune, if you want "indeed" then make it so and fuck everyone. the prices will just be higher.

i didn't intend to cheer for the fascist side, i was just saying it's got to be democratic or not.  there's no middle ground.
indeed won the popular vote.  if the makers of the shirt (the "government") don't agree with the design chosen by popular vote on the poll (the "people"), it doesn't really matter.  they pay the taxes, we just do what they say, right?  glen, and whoever else is going to be part of the production process, we need to either let the vote decide, or make our own price shirts for an extravagant price.  it is a calamity.

yeah, exactly!
thats why i think it would be easier to use another design with no words :)
unless you want it to say "NO INDEED". or "NOTHING" or "HEADING" or something like that.
there's no way we're gonna make them in norway anyway, WAAAY to expensive!
and to be honest, i don't want to lay any more work into it, i'm all crammed up with 34304320 tasks right now, and this shirt, i just don't wanna waste any more energy/time on it anymore. i think i'll just leave it all up to you, it doesn't really matter. if anyone wants the design, i'll send it to them so they can do whatever they want with it. if not, so be it :)

indeed it is.  vinny has a point.  this is what lun and klump designed and it won the vote.

I gues if someone doesn't like indeed, then my apologies to them but....  is it THAT big a deal?
we have to realize here that there is no way EVERYONE will be happy so everyone has to sacrifice a bit.
seriously... INDEEED is fine and dandy with me.
lun and klump did a good job, all in all.  lets let their design stand.

we got lunica and klumster ALL RILED UP and bottom line is they both prolly deserve a little respect. they're old school players around here.    seasoned veterans.

hey I'm sure whatever she does will be cool, if it has to be indeed, well than it has to be indeed.  I dont want to upset anyone over something so silly, and like you said she did spend time doing the design in the first place, so who are we to judge if we didn't make our own designs?

It should say "We Like Porn."

I like INDEED, too, though.

to everyone:

glen and i have been trying to coordinate this via PMs. i thought i'd let everyone in to the way we were thinking of handling this, so we could see what you think of the process.  whether it turns anyone off, makes anyone feel secure, maybe someone has an idea of a better way to do it, whatever.
basically we are trying to maximize efficiency and organization while simultaneously attempting to keep it risk-free for everyone involved.  its turning out to be a very difficult balance.

here's a snippet of my most recent message to glen:

"we should take all the orders up to a deadline, which will allow us to get a solid number of how many shirts to make.  at that point i'll email everyone interested and tell them to send their payments (adjusted for their individual shipping cost, something we need to figure out how we can reliably decide on a case-to-case basis.) once we get all their payments we'll have the shirts made at the price-per-shirt that it cost figuring the number of people interested.  (whatever the total is, divided by order number) this way, nobody gets screwed.  if someone lays out the money to make the shirts, then a 'customer' backs out, that person is going to eat the cost.  once the printing is done, the shirts will be sent to a single address, the resident of which will mail all the shirts out to individual addresses.

alternatively, i sort of like the idea of having people first send a flat price payment, make the shirts, then have each person who ordered one send a second payment of the exact cost of shipping, and the Shipper will make weekly or bi-weekly trips to the post office with each batch of addresses and payments that came in in the previous period.

that is more work and more time, though.  but it seems real secure."
