HAT singles question

I'm doing some stuff on the wiki.

Can someone who has the H.A.T. singles tell me exactly how they've printed the track listing?

Is ipecac correct?

What I mean is, are they the full song titles, or shortened versions.
eg, "Antivermin" instead of "The Anti-Vermin Seed"?

yea nothing written on the sleeves, but i don't have my records in my apartment here - what is on the matrix number...or uh...or whatever that scratched-in writing is called?  any clue there? 
maybe crack one in half and see if the track title is consumed inside like a fortune cookie?  melt it over a piece of paper and see if the wax drips in a legible way.  ...it's the melvins...secrets abound.
