(There are multiple separate voices here, rather than them singing together, and they have different kinds of electronic modification.  The first one sounds like something along the lines of "Hey, fuck you! fuck you man, okay".  This is the first voice that starts behind the music, and I think it continues throughout .  The second voice starts shortly before the main vocals start.   Those are included below, in parentheses.  The second voice stops when the main vocals start.  Starts again between the two verses, and then stops.)
