Well this is an interesting piece I had never even heard of before It's The Melvins Fetus apparently produced by the same people that made the Two Headed Dolls.  Really Interesting Steve the guy that sent me the pictures had this to say.

The whole thing stands about 18cm(7 inches) tall. It was sold at the y2k gig in San Francisco and appears to be in an edition of only 40(mine's #32)
