Got this yesterday. Took about 3 hours. Coloring will be done on halloween

Almost done, third session and about 6 hours later it is my most Exspensive Melvins item. Just have to add the detail to the bird... Apparently I can't add pics from my iPhone?

Yeah, he is good. Took me 6 months to get in his chair. Here is phase 2. The old tattoo is barely visible. He put white in the  the whole tattoo. Next step is the color and detail.

The white looks fantastic too. I was gonna have mine whited but the guy said it's probably just as good without!

Only reason he whited it out is because the color going over it is going to be a lighter color. If he just colored over it the color wouldnt come out uniform.

Thanks guys! Since I have to do a lot of black shading around it, I'm going to tie in the stoner witch cover also..

So here it is before and after... This was 2 hours, and is a cover up so its still in progress. Have to let it heal for about 4 weeks then go in again.
