Flipper + Melvins split

Coming in a few months. Possible Melvins/Flipper tour in the Fall?

Any idea what is on this release at all? New material i hope!! Whenever i see Haze is working on some new prints, it always gets me wondering what Melvins could currently be brewing up.

i hope too for new stuff, or even a collab, ideally on a 7". though 10" are also always nice.
but for the melvins side it could also be a reissue of the flipper covers... at least way of the world from the 12 x 7" series on amrep.

Flipper just recruited David Yow for a west coast mini-tour so I could definitely see this happening. Was bummed because a cross-country trip for a show is out-of-the-question so I'm especially hoping for a Melvins/Flipper tour if it brings them closer to my neck of the woods.

In any case I hope the split has new material. Or if it's reissued old stuff, at least make it something cool and lesser-known like the "Someday" or "Love Canal" covers instead of "Way of the World" (which I've never liked the Melvins version of at all)

Flipper was on the uk tour in 2010, Krist Novoselic was playing for them and was really bad. They did a we are the world version of Sacrifice which was really good.

..It's a total last minute thing, Guys happen to have busy schedules...I'm going to defend Krist, probly wasn't his fault man, circumstantial happenings, I wasn't there but I know how it goes trying to get people together for a gig.
