Release around 2000, sold on tour.  Each person was responsible for their own poster; i.e. Sir Dave, Mackie, Dale, etc.  Came in an envelope.

Keep an eye out on ebay.  They pop up occasionally.

Fresh from the framers, the print was $100 shipping included and still had sharp corners and looked like  a year old poster not a 21 year old poster. It's been in a flat file for 20 years. I fell in love with this print when I first saw one at the rock and roll hall of fame in their 90's rock exhib.
