A mere 2 times unfortunately.  First was the Houdini show with Trevor Dunn in Dublin.  Second was the Senile Animal tour in Galway with porn and big business.  Saw Fantomas too and met Buzz.  Nice Guy.  I don't think Melvins played Ireland previous to the Houdini show.
...and they all sing the same refrain: its fun to take a trip, put acid in your veins.

Saw them 11 times now, let me see if I can recall them all:

1999, The Rave Bar, Milwaukee. Pre mumu, shortly after the Maggot came out. There was some technical hitches that night, so they played Okie from Muskogee while figuring it out. Heavy as hell. Cosmic Psychos opened and were entertaining. My friend got sick and had to leave halfway through.
2000, The Rave Bar, Milwaukee. 2x4 tour. Some guy from the audience tried singing Smell Like Teen Spirit, but halfway through gave up and the audience sang the rest. Great to hear two sets, kinda wish they would have played more full songs instead of just snippets, though.
2002, The Metro, Chicago.  Jucifer opened and were pretty great. The Melvins played all of HAT that night, it was great.
2003, The Metro again I think, Chicago. Geek Tour. Skeleton Key opened and were great, got their album Obtainium shortly after. Melvins played a set pretty similar to the set last year (and At A Crawl!). Tomahawk were good too. Overall, one of my favorite shows.
2004, Double Door, Chicago. Trevor Dunn opened, he was okay. Melvins were pretty heavy that night, but I wasn't completely feeling it, that is until Jello came out and the place went apeshit. Note that Jello is lighter than he looks, and has a funny smell about him.
2006, High Noon Saloon, Madison and Shank Hall, Milwaukee. The sets were pretty much identical, although Dale wore the Fat Elvis outfit for the first time in Milwaukee during the Porn set. First time seeing Big Business, thought they came across better live than on record at the time. Melvins played a bunch of stuff I didn't know as it was before A Senile Animal came out. May have been one of the only people in the crowd to like Ghostdigital.
2008, High Noon Saloon, Madison. Great set, liked Big Business a lot, too. BORIS!!!
2009, Double Door, Chicago. Houdini show. I thought it was just going to be Melvins '83 then Houdini but got a bunch of stuff in between and they finished with The Bit! Houdini isn't my favorite by them, but it was a great show, another favorite.
2009, some club north of Chicago. Opening for Down. Weadeater was okay, not really my thing, though. Melvins were amazing, even if they only got to open. Left before Down. One note on the Down fans, they seemed okay to me, but I've never seen so many people wearing shirts of the band they're there to see; I thought it was kinda dumb, personally.
2010, High Noon Saloon, Madison. Came in during Totimoshi, who were pretty good. Played two sets, amazing sets, too. My friend got part of Dale's drumstick, I'm still jealous.

Well, that's it.
Hail, not fail.
PS:  fuck him.

Greasy Statement

13 as of last night. that includes seeing the fantomas big band once....

Oct 93-Concert Hall, Toronto: Opening for Primus. Wasn't into them at the time, but loved Buzz's hair, Dale's drumming and the way they dragged "Sacrifice" out and utterly pissed off the audience
June '97-Opera House, Toronto: Opening for Helmet. Went as a Melvins fan this time. They DESTROYED Helmet. Started with an awesome version of Boris
June 00-Guvernment, Toronto: Not the best I've seen them. Shitty attendance, HORRIBLE venue
May '03-Fantomas/Melvins Big Band, Victoriaville Quebec: Only an hour, but an awesome hour
October '06-Showplace, Buffalo: First time I saw the Big Melvins lineup. Amazing transition from "Another Fourth of July" straight into "The Talking Horse". At this show I transitioned to being a big fan of the band to a worshipper
July '07-Slim's, San Francisco: Celebrated quitting my job by traveling to SF to see them do Houdini one night, Lysol/Eggnog on the other. Pure rapture
Sept. '07-Small's, Detroit: Cool to see them in such an intimate fashion. Jared Warren making whale noises at the end
August '08-Town Ballroom, Buffalo
August '08-Water Street Music Hall, Rochester-Was caught in traffic trying to get to the show and only managed to catch the last 20 minutes of the set. My one friend who hadn't caught them since 2000 didn't care. Met Jared after the show and he was super nice. Dale was walking back and forth in front of me and I was terrified.
September '09-Town Ballroom, Buffalo: Kind of minimal turnout, but it was a last minute show. They still rocked it mightily, although I missed the "Melvins Lite" set due to having to pick up a bunch of people beforehand. Awesome cover of "Mr. DNA"
June '10-Small's, Detroit-The greatest Melvins show I've ever seen. Just perfect and epic. Angry Dale ruled
Sept '10- Opera House, Toronto-Witnessed their glorious return to my stomping grounds

Cat's Cradle, Chapel Hill 2002
Cat's Cradle, Chapel Hill 2004
Orange Peel, Asheville 200? (it was on the ASA tour, the show that Walsby recounts in that Manchild issue.  I think I still have hearing damage from this)
Blue Cat's, Knoxville 2008?  (second ASA tour)
Double Door, Chicago 2009 (Houdini anniversary mini tour.  This was such a pro-fan show; they play many many songs from all over their catalog.)

I wish I could have caught the BSM tour, but the money wasn't there at the right time.
I also saw Fantomas in Chapel Hill in 2005.  This thread makes me miss NC.

The Asheville show was Oct.26,2006 and second show in Knoxville was Oct. 12,2007 (I know,  I was there).
