I am going to look around and find all my ticket stubs.
To the Show. Picked up Idlehands, He did not realize my truck was out of gas.
Got Gas, got beer. Went to Bad's house. Met the Spy.
At the concert we ran into Dudbean the dancing fly, Arron, Smellis, Dan Raymond.
Great show. Who else was there?
Recorded this one.
Porn, Joe Lally, Big B. Melvins.
Partied with the Bros.
Me and Bad went to this one. I can't remember if we ran into anyone that night or not. I think Cheese couldn't make it because of family, prior birth.
I passed out and as I was sleeping I put my arm over my wife. It was Bad Ronald sleeping there. Wife was in Seattle.
I still hear Broke Back jokes to this day.
I remember not being too happy at this show.
The Melvins were second bill to Tomahawk and they didn't play very long.
I had already watched the Geek show in Seattle. My brother wanted to leave when Tomahawk came out.
At least the beer was free. Being friends with the bouncer is always a good thing.
I think I rememer this show now.Tell me if I am correct or a year off. I went with Bad Ronald. Met Rhett E. Rock and bought some shots.
Met ArronN and he couldn't drink with us because he had to drive. Met his friends.
At the end met Smellis for the first time. Great time.
Big Business was not a part of the Melvins at this time. I did not buy their first tour cd which makes me sad.
I saw Tight Bros From Way Back When at the Sky Church and liked the power of Big Business.
All right. Post your stubs. That's all I can come up with tonight.
Also post what you remember of the show if you can remember anything.

Btw, does Toadliquor ring a bell? Just wondering, Olympia area band.
Cool thread, I actually have most of my tickets posted on my myspace page (copied the idea from someone else), I'm at work right now so I'll probably not be able to post them until this weekend, if I remember. The last few concerts I've been to didn't have any tickets as I either did the will-call thing or just got a hand stamp, which is a bummer because I like having the actual ticket, but those weren't Melvins shows.
Those are some fancy tickets. Well fuck those! :D Check these out!

Great show on Easter Sunday
Porn kicked ass
Big Biz were great as well, many people didn't know them though
Jared gave the crowd flowers
Dale obviously liked the whole "eating hamburgers in hamburg" thing
A few people in the crowd were a bit... dull
Melvins were - unfuckingbelievable :D
All in all an awesome night
already posted these before...

I heard that sometimes you have to drop the 'h' and replace the 'a' with 'an' but I don't remember when exactly. 'A hotel' should be pronounced 'an 'otel' and written 'an hotel' is all I remember. English can be a proper cunt, sometimes.

Good choice plus motels are always used for the exciting scenes of road movies. Hotels just don't have as much character.

the pronunciation of the subject forms the rule: a hotel, a european. in the old days people pronounced 'hotel' as 'otel', without the 'h'.
I wouldn't go that far. It's not a ticket to ride. [-X

Definitely a hotel and a hermetic chamber (anytime the h is pronounced use a). Thus an honor (no h sound).
Very important in this web based society
Some people pronounce hermetic as "ermetic." I don't, but it's not necessarily incorrect to say "an hermetic chamber." I think it could be correct either way. This could be something that's different in British English vs. American (more kick-asser) English as well. Hmmm. Let's think about this for a while.

In November 1996, Melvins played a European tour, the dates of which are pretty incomplete in the Wiki. I lived in Coventry at the time and for the Melvins to play there was a bit weird to say the least. There was almost no advertising and I remember them playing to around 35 people in a room built for 500-ish.
The set was "An Evening With The Melvins", comprising two halves, a quiet half and a not-so-quiet half :D Buzz played bass for a while while Mark played guitar, you know the drill.
I remember seeing a tour date list in NME from around the time and (don't quote me on this, but) I swear Dresden was there. Then the reason they were playing Coventry all fit into place. Bands avoided Coventry like the plague (The Specials' Ghost Town summed it up nicely) and always played in the larger Birmingham nearby. I figured Buzz's choice of cities was partly to feed his interest in World War II (his 'favourite war') - Coventry and Dresden are twinned these days due to them both sharing a place in history as being massively and heavily bombed by the Luftwaffe and Royal Air Force/United States Air Force respectively, and both cities becoming almost completely flattened - and they both have museums dedicated to these events.
If anyone can supply a complete list of tour dates from this period, I'll be massively and heavily interested.
Note: tickets were £4, cheap as chips, even then.
@Shatz - were you at the Dresden gig?

*Edit* Nice prices over here, £12.50 and around $15 for the U.S. gigs. Poor Australians are having to pay an average of $44 for theirs!
Only one i didn't get a ticket for was 2010. I walked up to get in line. I heard loud music, so i freaked out. I asked the people in front of me if they were in line. It was Dale, talking to some friends of his. I felt like a dork, bit i got in.
