I love the chess idea but they'd never go for that ex bassist thing, I think. I'd want the houdini dog as knight. Stoner witch swan as queen. PAT dog as bishop. Clowns as knights. Eggnog present as rook. Electroretard boy as king.

And yes, I'm aware there are two iconic "horse" album covers and Ozma is the most queen-ish character. But I stand by my choices for iconic 3d pieces.
