Wow, amazing show indeed. This was my 7th Melvins show, and they never cease to amaze. I think Vcavallo summed up the show better than I could. My ears are still ringing. Holy shit those fucking drums, my god.....

By the way, Vcavallo, do you go to UVM? I don't think we've met but I remember seeing someone else with a Melvins shirt around campus, maybe it was you. Do you play any instruments or are you in a band?

i go to uvm and as far as i know i am the only person wearing a melvins shirt on campus (besides you, i guess).  ...except for this one guy that i spoke to once and only once.

i am in a band of sorts.  i play bass up here (no drumset here) and these two other guys i know play guitar and drums.  we practice a couple times a week but only for the past 2 weeks or so.  do you play any instruments and/or are you in a band?
i posted a bunch of "bassist-available" flyers around town and on craigslist.

yeah, I play guitar/bass/synths/noise electronics/vocals/etc. I used to play bass & electronics for this band Mad Hampster, but am back just doing solo stuff right now, but I'm looking for people to collaborate with (not much time for strict band regimens as of now, school is kicking my ass thoroughly.).... I'm sure you saw me at the show, before the melvins came on I was leaning against the bar all night in my blue flannel and my long mop tied back.
I really didn't enjoy Ghostigital at all, I can't stand techno-ish music so it definately wasn't enjoyable for me. I don't know who the first band was, I'm going to guess Porn? I'm not sure never heard 'em... I enjoyed their short set though. Big Business and the Melvins were my main two interests in the show, as soon as the melvins jumped up on stage I ran towards the front, almost in the "mosh pit" but not quite because I'm not a big fan of getting hit at shows. I haven't been to many shows in my life, and before I saw the melvins I was going to say that Opeth was my favorite live show I've been to, but that changed after lastnight. I had to drag a friend to the show buy him a ticket, buy the ticket to cross the lake on the ferry and buy his gas just in order to get him to drive me, it sucks not having a car.
If only I could go to another show on this tour to enjoy the double drums and take pictures and audio of the show...

I need to just move over to burlington, things would be more convenient for shows anyway... and maybe I could find a drummer and bassist to play with.
