Lancaster, PA 10/7/06

First off, the entire show kicked extreme ass!!  The club is small and the crowd was cool except for one asshole who kept flying around in some kind of drugged out daze. His fat head smashed me in the face during BB so instead of punching the idiot I opted to not get thrown out and move to the side 4 feet. All the bands were in top form! (the men of)Porn opened with a great set. Tim Moss is one of the coolest guys on the planet and Porn rocked. Dale was dressed as Elvis and managed to play with his big wig covering his face. Dale is amazing!

Ghost Digital played, but unfortunately my buddy wanted to eat some tacos across the street so we missed their set entirely.

Next up were Big Business. They were amazing!!! I never heard their music before, but now I am fan! Loved them!! Dale came out and played guitar for awhile and then Buzz played the transition song into the melvins set.

What can I say, THE MELVINS WERE INSANE!! They totally blew me away. I have seen them many times and this was my favorite time!! Small club, good sound and great musicians! What more could you ask for! I beleive the set was the same as other nights on the tour.  And what a set!!!  I saw a woman filming the show so I am hoping to see it on DIME or somewhere else soon.  Double drummers was intense! My hair was standing up the whole show. I got to hang with the band for a few minutes before the show. I am not much of a talker cause I never know what to say. They are all great people!!  I

This really pisses me off - how could I not have known about this show?  Why wasn't it listed on the tour dates here?  I drove to fucking Philly and dealt with all that driving bullshit/getting lost when I could've just gone to Lancaster?  Was this listed on the Ipecac site or something?
