I personally haven't had any problems with the mug wearing out...been cleaning it with the dishwasher for months.
I wonder if there were different versions of the mug that were sold?

I got the mug in the bundle but never used it. It's ridiculously huge and I'll just break it. Still using my chipped JAMC mug these days.

I hand wash mine for that reason.

Did it say anywhere "Handwash only"? I have several mugs and this was the first time it happened to me. This is modern technology that the print stays when properly burned.

I remember them charging around $10 shipping for a few stickers a while ago. Someone complained on Facebook, and one of their reps gave a snarky reply that they needed to cover for lost shipments and supplies.
