Awesome ! Thanks for posting.
Thanks! The shooting and production is killer. I wish they would put this out as a DVD.
Excellent post, thanks! They did a good interview, too.
I fucking hated Juno.
Great man. Thanks for letting us know. It looks great.
Jared looks like a genie with that do-rag on. Or a ghetto shriner.
This show and interview would be great for a DVD release.
Check out Toshi at the end of "You've Never Been Right."
Awwwww...
I just air-drummed
Show your support and gratitude for Amoeba fellow Melvins fans. Post some comments on their site. This video was sweet!

quoted for truth.
I thought about moving this to the show review thread, but I think it's good here. This is a great video. I've never seen a video where you can see the chemistry so well, and them watching each other. Good shit.
and some people hope for a recess from the quartet... pft!
does anyone know if you can save this somehow?
i have a crap connection and things take ages to load, or stop every few seconds which is really fucking annoying...
Definitely worth the wait.
Excellent.
So...this is fucking amazing. Anyone good at ripping shit like this?
Also, didn't Tomahawk do a show here years ago? Did any official recordings (I know there's a bootleg) arise from that? Sorry, a little off-topic. This just got me thinking is all. Dangerous...
Thanks for the post creep
Awesome!

Personally, I'm just sick of the "Confident dark hair, pale skinned, somewhat tomboyish hip cynical yet very attractive" female archetype. Bad 90's sitcoms and movies were littered with them, and it annoys me.
I caught the Melvins reference, but man, fuck forced quirkyness.

Ripping the performance now. Already got the interview and will post when I've uploaded them somewhere.

I'm on it, but it will take a while.
*edit: okay, never mind. thanks rimb. I finished ripping but I'm sure you'll be able to upload faster
thanks for posting this bathroom!i have lot of problems watching Amoeba videos though,it stops every few seconds, with the OM video was exactly the same and i wonder why, since i have a normal connection :?

Enjoy!
Wow, that was fast. Thanks a lot for this rimb, it would have taken me ages to upload it.
thanks rimb,you're great!
rimb is the man!
Thanks rimb! I wish karma was still hap'n because you'd be at the receiving end of my large karma injection! I love videos where Buzz is just moving to the groove. His guitar tone here is great! The mid verse guitar thrashing in "Suicide In Progress" = fan-fucking-tastic. Also, it's great to see when a song gets to a real swinging part Dale and Cody look like they're having such a kick ass time. Playing a song for the hundreds plus time and still enjoying it! Oh, and Jared "smashing" his rig at the end was great! Maybe I should write a whole review on this. Did anyone else catch Buzz wetting his pick with his mouth a few times?
Muchos respect rimb
Am i the only one that watched this extra closely in hopes of spotting the elusive bUTTHOLEmAN? :?
amazing thanks
For all I know, Buttholeman was the guy swilling vodka out of a water bottle and showing us naked vids of his girlfriend.

How could you spot him without knowing what he looks like?
I have a vague description of what he looks like. ;)
here he is:
That's bUTTCHEEKSMAn. I think you have to go a little deeper to find the real thing.
Awesome!
Is that Dian Bacher at 11:56 in the interview?
It most likely is. He was first in line. The aforementioned vodka-swilling audience member pointed this out to me while we were in line.
I just looked him up and he plays in Cannibal! The Musical! Cool! :)

He had a role in this neat little video too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XBaxRYGtrkI
And he's in Orgazmo, if anyone remembers that movie
 Orgazmo was one of the few movies I had a fellow video browser beg me not to watch. I had picked up the box, was looking at it..some stranger sees me and says "Oh man, you do NOT want to watch that..a complete waste of your time! It's a horrible movie!"
Did you end up seeing it? I think that movie is utterly hilarious, and one of my favorite Matt Stone and Trey Parker productions.
I really liked it when I first saw it, but it hasn't held up to well.

I think Orgazmo is funny but it's not quite on par with some of Matt and Trey's other movies. It's about a mormon who is tricked into becoming a porn star! What's not to like?
The best thing about Orgazmo is the opening credits.
cheers rimb! 8)
...i know i'm a bit late to this, but just been busy and it's fucking hot here, so sitting by my pc hasn't been the most enjoyable of late.
To get back on topic I'm surprised no one has mentioned Coady's "YAaaarghghhaaaaahghgh" noises during Dies Iraea and some other songs. Did they forget to turn off his mic? It's really distracting but kinda funny too.
Also, during the last drum solo I hear someone in the band yell, "Beef beef beef, beef bolonga!" http://youtube.com/watch?v=CVViiaHovMI (It's the 2nd song)

ahah,i noticed that too and it's funny, sounds like the audio from a porn movie
yeah, Coady's vocalizing ... actually I thought it sounded pretty cool ... espescially in Dies Iraea ... like the old Jazz drummers from the 50's/60's ... on alot of those old Bluenotes and whatnot ya can hear the same kinda thing ... the "Beef beef beef, beef bolonga!" thing is from Fear - The Record ... the chorus chant from the tune "Beef Boloney" ... they have a similar drum vibe going on ...
Eh, I thought it sounded out of place. It wasn't like he was scat singing or anything.
Nah, not scat singin' ... they do just what Coady's doing ... makin' noise ... not like Patton ... or Scatman Crothers ... but just from going apeshit on the drums ... ya now like when your fucking ... a realease ...
Anyone have an .avi version of this show that we can download?

That would be kinda nice as then I could watch it in my avi/dvd player on the tv/stereo dealy and kick back in the lounge and watch it 8)
...I don't have the know how to convert video files though and I'm sure if I attempted it, it would either be shitty for some reason or be ok but some enormous filesize (as with all past attempts to convert other vid files).
BTW, did nobody else think that part that Dale sings the Fear song in sounded at least a little similar to that Fear song when they first heard it? I certainly did and had a good hearty chuckle- and then another one when Dale sang it on this vid!!! : :D

I wish. I would buy the dvd if they released it.
Well if someone could convert to flv, I thought it could be converted to .avi???
Thats what I want to do--make a DVD of it.
convertxtodvd will do flv to vob, which is dvd-ready.
Free FLV Converter (http://www.koyotesoft.com/indexEn.html) from here will convert to avi quickly and easily for you.
