From the 69 year old (70 in China) Chinese guy I work with and I will just quote him:
The character is Chinese.
It is pronounced "yen"
It means to drink
"To drink water, rain, any liquid"
Drink the crybaby's teardrops.
Buzz is drinking the sinless crybaby's teardrops everyday.
Dale is drinking the sinful crybaby's teardrops everyday.
I love the Melvins.
Or perhaps, "Cheers!"

firstly, what movie?
secondly, the guy who filmed tool's early stop motion vids also did the 3 little pigs vid (green jello)
and the message machine on tool's 3rd album is this guy that maynard and the green jello singer used to live in an apartment with...the italian sounding guy "eat shit, bastard", he got kicked out of the GJ's apartment for stealing stuff, and then he left that on Manspeakers answering machine or something like that. I read about it somewhere, probly wikipedia.
