Fantomas - Suspended Animation vs the last couple Melvins albums...(minus the Jello albums, 'cause they had a badass tone)
Hey, I finally found a good use for this smiley:
:microwave:
 Razor,you're a funny dude
impossible to be as weak as our national team though
we won the World Cup in 2006
do you think his tone sounds weak also during live shows?that's strange considering he's still using the same gear over all these years.new guitar is the only thing that came to my mind, different pedals maybe (no rat)
Maybe i've gone deaf but it pretty much all sounds the same to me. KILLER!!!!
Have you actually seen them live lately? His tone is unreal.. it cut's through the room like a knife. So... NO! His guitar tone is not weak. But "Suspended Animation" is a fantastic album.
Razor, this is a lost cause.

It cuts. Thats the thing.
I prefer hammers over knifes when it comes to tone.
No, he's right. The guitar tone on ASA and NWB (the former, especially) are the sonic equivalent of an 18th century fop.
He needs to bring back the tone from At The Stake.
Yep.
