Much agreed! Something coherent and structured like the Lustmord collab with the current guys would be a thick slab of well done.
From Lustmord's facebook a few weeks back:
"A week of making deals on a couple of interesting and very promising projects.
Some details in a month or two."
Perhaps one of them is another Melvins collab?

Could you imagine a dark and cavernous multi layered Lustmord treatment of dual drums and their vocal harmonies?
I would imagine its the guitar thru the synth, thats the beauty of it!
You can input a guitar, a bass, a vocal mic, a keyboard, even the mics
off a drum kit. There's really no end to the possibilities.
But at the end of the day nothing beats vintage valve amp sounds :lol:

Technically gifted people made that synth! That is the most irregular looking array of modular, so compact!!!

My favorite part of tres cabrones was the beginning of "crazy". Go figure. Wish the song had been fleshed out more in that mindset. Quite frankly i'd love to hear an electronic melvins record over what they're doing now.

From that shot, as well all that next level MakeNoise gear, he looks to have a Intellijel Planer (the module with the joystick) and a Mutable Instruments Ripples filter. You should check out the Mutable site Dumpster, cool ass modules and also quite a bit of diy stand alone kit, check out the Shruthi!
