New, hand made, lathe cut single, limited to 100 pre-ordered units, just been announced on Joyful Noise. $15 plus shipping, with 10% discount code using 'VIP' at checkout.
From JN:
As you may remember, we have a tradition at the label of throwing a big holiday party each year, inviting our artists to come to town and record holiday songs. But obviously 2020 is not your average year... Instead of canceling our holiday tradition due to the global pandemic, we decided instead to create a "holiday special" and asked our artists to record and film holiday songs from their respective locations across the globe.
The Joyful Noise 2020 Holiday Special will take place on Friday, December 11 - hosted by our own Mike Adams and featuring holiday performances from a whopping EIGHTEEN artists on the JNR roster, including: Deerhoof, Dale Crover, WHY?, Lou Barlow, No Joy, Thor Harris, Sleep Party People, Rob Crow, Danielson, Helvetia, and others.
In addition to the "televised" video broadcast portion of this event, we are releasing just 100 copies of each song on snowflake-shaped lathe-cut 7" records (just in time for Christmas!). Each "Snowflathe" is limited to just 100 copies, lovingly hand-made by us.
As a VIP you now have access to purchase these ultra rare Snowflathes a full week before they are publicly available. You can order individual copies (which includes a download of the full 18-song compilation), or you can order all 18 Snowflathes in one discounted package.
100% of net sales will be donated to World Central Kitchen and Second Helpings.
"Snowflathe" :lol:
