Generally true i think. However i do let a lot slide when it comes to none or partial fans interviewing Melvins. After all we are talking about a band that have a shit ton of releases (featuring both peripherally minor and more prominent ones) with quite a few past members. I wouldn't expect an interviewer to wade through all these releases to clarify a matter when they probably have other band interviews lined up as well. Weighing those things up, im not surprised that facts can be overlooked, undiscovered or incorrect.
