I got tix to both the Maxwell's gig in Hoboken & the show at Warsaw in Brooklyn. It iwll be my first trip to Jersey to see a concert in years. I think Maxwell's is already sold out. Not surprising, since only about 400 people can fit into that place. Warsaw is an equally awesome venue, but much bigger.

they can be, and they often are. but in this case i think they Are right.
i'm considering not going back to school next semester. i am having a hard time seeing the benefit of graduating as fast as possible, especially since as fast as possible Is-Not-Equal-To four years......
i'd probably stay here though. i want to ship most of my possessions -the distracting ones- home and get a job and cut myself off financially from my parents. my attitude, especially fiscally, is fucked and i need to get my suburban-grown ass in line. it's becoming a little absurd at this point. i've got to concentrate on real growth -creatively, intellectually, discipline-ly- and stop being distracted by bullshit like the internet and cellphones and spending money that isn't mine.
