doesn't Buzz's voice sound like a teenager's?
i mean, there's nothing manly about his normal speaking voice
you couldn't pin both his normal voice with the one he sings, they're both opposite to eachother
his singing voice is pretty deep and grisly, and when he does hit it higher (only slim occassions)
like black bock, it will sound like him.
i mean, i'm just saying someone who doesn't know how buzz would sound talking wouldn't connect 2.
have you guys ever thought that before?
maybe that's why he's so cool with the kids!
I think Dale's singing voice and actual voice are pretty close to eachother though, as is Jareds.

That's what I meant, but I've never heard him talk outside of interviews. Well, onstage he spoke before, but it was still in the same half laughing manner.
Same with Patton, I couldn't believe how weird he sounded when he isn't singing, but it's amazing the range he has in his voice!

i wanted to transcribe the audio part, but there IS video. i can't believe you didn't know that. that's the whole reason it's of interest to so many people. i don't know that there are any other melvins video interviews in existence. at least not ones broadcasted or on commercial dvds
