Title: the melvins get schooled

here is a rough draft of a lecture i will be giving at the end of the month on black stooges. also there is a brief description of the lecture (abstract). i can use any comments or suggestions.

If you're supposed to include the listeners, and make then curious, and want to know more about the subject, I think you've failed.
If you want people to fall asleep while you're reading it, you hit the target!
I'm sure you've worked a lot on it and all that, but come on! Do you want people to understand it, or is your goal to use as many "difficult" words as possible.

It's supposed to be a technical paper, so ..  :lol:  The big words seem to be awkwardly placed in the paper.

Sometimes in school you'll have to write analytical papers on songs that deal with the technicalities; i.e. song structure, rhythm struchture, etc.  It's like looking at a beautiful woman and describing her from a phisiological/anatomical viewpoint.
