Looks like the Beach Boys used the same image of a Native American on horseback.
I saw some documentary tour footage from the late '70s on Youtube.
The Beach Boys logo is shown behind Mike Love at around 2mins into the clip.
Is this a famous piece of art? Does anyone know?

when i was a kid like 4 or 5 i had the same picture in my room in a frame on the wall. also had one of a cowboy i am guessing, by the same artist.

this painting can be seen hanging behind frank black in a later-series episode of MILLENIUM . . .
i fucking nearly vomited with amazement when i saw it . . .
