This whole thing was Walsby's idea. We hired him to work on the Valient Thorr video with us and he jumped ship to tour with those guys. The resulting "tour diary" is pretty damn entertaining. The Valient Thorr "Exit Strategy" video is also quite entertaining. Walsby did all the illustrated stuff in there. Look for it on the interweb...it's there. 2400 frames of scanned paper.

Not sure what to tell you regarding the "word from the band". It's still pretty early in the game with this one. Here's an old quote about Waslby from Buzz.

Just got the 2nd book in the mail yesterday. Great stuff. Love the SST content in there.
About the sample that's up for the Making Love Demos, does anyone else think Buzz's vocals sound high, like the tape is sped up or something. Will know for sure when hearing the familiar songs. I know you can't judge a recording by a quick real audio sample, but that's the first thing I noticed.

Thats because he is young and hasnt developed his man voice yet.
