Did anyone see a show with Leif? I have a soundboard of one lying around somewhere. He had the most amazing stories...really cool dude.
Novoselic did a slow burn at the Showbox over Teen Spirit, and I can't truly say I blame him.

Saw em in Oly on that tour. There or Seattle, but I think it was Olympia.
Saw them in Hollywood, and it cracked me up to see so many Leif fans/cougars?/Milfs? in the audience. .. Not that there's not a lot of hot middle aged women at melvins shows dressed in 80s garb, but..
I saw him at the Showbox show. Hank III opened. 2X4 tour.
He said it was a big deal for him to be there, in his own mind.
Slow burn? Did he pout?

He was not happy with a former teen idol ruining Nirvana's signature song.

Yes the 2x4 show at the Showbox was up on Melvins.com at one point. I think I can find it.
I saw him at the Portland 2x4 date. He didn't even get all the lyrics right.
Wikipedia says he's alive and well, at 52. Not that you'd know that from watching the Billboard charts. Or films. Or television. Or theatre. Or ........ :P

Oh, then how about the song on In Utero,
where they played the same 4 chords (F,Bb,Ab,Db), in reverse?
I think it was "Rape Me". Wow!
im just glad they thought it was better to use f Bb Ab and Db instead of just using e a g c like the rest of the radio.. i suppose that did give them the sonic EDGE everyone was talking about

 ...and to think, G'n'R thought downtuning a 1/2 step to Eb standard was the way to go!
No, it was not! Chumps! You lose! \:D/ :ohsnap: :buzz:

[-X No. They are. I'm the only one in here with his goddamn guitar tuned the way it's supposed to be! ](*,)
 I remember when my cousin would come over for family get togethers and he'd play my guitar he'd comment on how out of tune it was. I'd just say it's in drop D and it's supposed to sound like that.
