Title: 03/15/2004 San Diego,CA Casbah

Opened with "Let it All Be" - nice.

Played "Youth of America" faster than I prefer.

(For the most part) Ended with "Anti-Vermin Seed"  - always a classic.

Dunno; maybe I'm getting old, but the fast older stuff just becomes noisy for me lately and I just can't get into it.  They did rock out on "Revolve" pretty well.  I think they should retreat for a while and take some well-deserved time off.  Do you suppose there's any way they could do "Prig" live...?

I thought the opening band rocked.

The show was great, despite the fact that the moshing was just plain retarded for a club as small as the Casbah. Also, it's just not a good idea when people are in the middle of the pit with glass beer bottles. Nevertheless (and opinions on mosh pits aside), great show! My ears were still ringing the next night. I'm bringing ear plugs next time.
