I try to get them as soon as possible it ended up taking awhile to get around to getting it sorted. It's back down to just me doing the show now and when shows are happening it makes it harder to do post-production on the show.
anyway, the sun was in my eyes... blah, blah, blah.

No worries! I was just excited about hearing it - which i just did. A good interview too. I've noticed before that Mark always has interesting things to say about social media and how music is consumed presently. It bewilders me why he isn't WAY more popular among music fans than he is. It made me laugh at the end when he said he has "the Mark Deutrom thing cornered". The guy has a good sense of humor indeed. Im glad the interview mentioned the Bellringer/solo name distinction too.
Really great interview. Mark D is a truly great person - love his solo records, love the Mark D era of Melvins. Some really great historical information too. In a perfect world, Mark D would be massive. Plus - he has the best guitar tone I have ever heard.

Yes, I noticed... tried to do a noise removal on it in post, killed the tone and it made it worse.
It happens every now and again when it's cell phone to cell phone. There's a phone line in the studio, but the interface has developed a grating hum recently so it's been eschewed for now until I can spare the time to pull it all apart.
