If you want to whiten it up, try Oxi-clean on the stains, possibly the spray, and then let it soak in a mixture of water/oxiclean powder.

I have the 'Beef 2000' tour 'skull' T-shirt, put away special.
My dad took me to see them play on that tour, and it was one of my first 'real' concerts. He got in line at the merch booth, and bought me the shirt for my 16th birthday, then sat at the bar close to the back of the venue while the band played their two sets...I don't think they were kidding around during their second set.
