FYO, they're playing at HSU in a room that only holds a few hundred at most....this gig will surely sell out so if you're planning on going get tix presale from Humbolst State (www.humboldt.edu).....I'm going to try and get a recording of the show off the soundboard, but don't know the band's policy on this, perhaps if I bring some soundboards of the MEAT PUPPETS they'll go for it.....anyways, don't forget to check out the sushi at Tomo's before the gig!

THe story I got was that the Melvins had arrived and were set and ready to go, but Jello didn't make it because of flight problems. The Melvins asked for payment upfront, and AS booking denied them because the booking was "jello & The Melvins".

its pretty tough to get outa town for a gig....we have jobs, families, school...plus the expenses of traveling outa town...we'll see if the Melvins give a shit and come back for a make-up show....
food for thought: if the show was in LA or SF and jello was making a grip do you think he would have made his plane? why wasn't he traveling w/ the rest of the crew? :-k
