DCH ("Deserted Cities of the Heart"
(Cream)
On this street where time has died
The golden treat you never tried
In times of old in days gone by
If I could catch your dancing eye
It was on the way
On the road to dreams, yeah
And my heart's drowned in your love stream, yeah
My heart's drowned in your love stream
On this dark street the sun is black
The winter life is coming back
On this dark street it's cold inside
There's no retreat from time that's died
It was on the way
On the road to dreams, yeah
And my heart's drowned in your love stream, yeah
My heart's drowned in your love stream
buzz seems to only listen to a few things, and when he does, he says it a lot (or in this case, because he went to a Cream show, did a cover)
someone who influenced people sooo much doesn't seem to be influenced by a whole lot.
he doesn't really keep up with music that well...
oh buzzy buzzy...

How would you know what he listens to or is influenced by?

i only know what he tells us through interviews.
dontyoutellme (a real person whom i know quite well) and i were recently (yesterday) talking about how buzz claims to be influenced by very few and often unimpressive bands.
there was a top ten favorite albums of buzz's up here a looong while back.
I share the theory Vinney and dontyoutellme came up with. But I also like to think of him as a true original genius who creates his own inspiraton.

i love when really old topics are dug up.
i was reading it thinking it was new and i saw my post and became very confused.
reading year-old posts is strangely embarrassing ...
