Excellent point.  I'm really tired of people slagging off commercial bands.  Far too easy a target.  I saw Iggy Pop playing some fashion show where he's doing his writhing dance on a catwalk while dead eyed models strolled around him.  He also advertises insurance.
Throughout my life I have enjoyed music by Weezer, Melvins and Iggy Pop.  Simple as that.

I've never seen or held an 8 track.  I used cassettes well into the 90s.  I buy cds only now.  Might get into vinyl sometime but don't understand all the rpm 180 gram stuff.

LISTEN to how quiet Bullhead is on CD compared to anything new like shrinebuilder for example.

they'll try to make it louder, you got a volume knob doncha? it was recorded one way, with one set of ears. hopefully someone can do some engineering magic. but it's never the same, not even going to get pressed at the same place and yadda yadda, ok, bottom line, go for it and I will still buy It pretty much, I will have to compare it to the original cassette mastering and LP mastering and original CD mastering.

I'd genuinely love a Danzig and  Melvins collaboration.  People slag me for my love of Danzig but no amount of man boob, small man syndrome jokes about the Mighty Glenn will ever stop me listening to his music.

What if the Melvins literally split Justin Bieber?  Buzz grabs one arm, Dale the other, same thing with the big biz guys and each leg then they walk in opposite directions using all their might until Bieber tears right up the middle.

My collection is the exact same.  All the cds, no vinyl, no rare stuff, no tshirts or posters.  I have the 2 dvds too.  I'm not into collecting vinyl. Cds are good enough for me.
