I was in front of Buzzo for that entire St. Louis gig (to the right of the dude in white). I noticed a camera above Dale, and while I was hoping for something more (DVD?), I'm so happy for an interesting artifact of a great show. Plus, I'm stoked that I now have a video of my frenzied head banging!

My favorite waters flick + my favorite band. I actually laughed out loud when I played the snippet. Life couldn't get much better right now...

The reading glasses just made my day...new comp wallpaper! As I'm getting old as well, I'm not judging, I just love how humanizing a single picture can be.

I might get around to posting these, but I want to make it clear that I don't think the other songs are unreleased gold. I'm just trying to get any exact details on the track names of the other songs, as I believe they were previously released in some form. I guess just posting everything might clear this up.

Those are the final tracks, but I have 7 additional tracks that come before that. They could be obscure 7" single material, but they sound like studio demo type things, and while I may not be as well versed as I like in the singles department, I don't recognize any of the tunes.

MP3s that I acquired somewhere in my journeys. A quick run of the webs leads me to believe that they are demos for Houdini, but I want to know if anyone has anymore detailed info about the song list.

Anyone have any details on these other than they're Houdini demos. I'm listening and think it's a perfect album, but want to know more. Inquiring minds and all....

The last guy to really get Buzz a' swayin'? Looking at the old footage, Buzz was pretty animated pre-Biz. Saw them two times since and he's been very in place. Not that I'm complaining persay...just missing the old reckless days.

Tool and Buzz performing Stranglehold circa '98. I like new Tool, but man were they the tits back then...

So I had a copy of this and it was damaged in a flood a few years back. This really sucked and I've tried to suppress the memory of this book (and all my other shit) being destroyed. Recently I've had the urge to try to acquire this again. Anybody know where I can start that doesn't require at least $100?

Tool doesn't spend 5 years in the studio. They're all off doing different things...then they reconvene (w/ out Maynard at first) and record the album. It might be a year max that they work in the studio. Not to defend Tool or anything...

Good god...that live version of Vermin Seed just about burned the eyeballs out of my skull. Kev needs to get his ass back home.

Fuck details like pitch worthy vocals...Dog Island tears ass...I believe it was Glen who first pointed this out.

You fuck with Louie CK's material and you fuck with God.

Funny that Dale would walk down the "Kurt was one of my best friends...he made me laugh" path, what with all the "We killed Kurt" stuff. I'm sure Buzz has a heavier hand in that type of joking and I in no way am ripping on Dale for the comments (if you're reading this...hi dale...you play good drums!). It just struck me as odd.
