I listened to it through headphones. It sounds very big overall. I liked all the tracks and better feeling is great and long 7 mins or something. the sails song i hadn't heard the original yet but was very fun and bouncy. already started my second play this morning on the way to work. but yeah, im going to try and get the vinyl on sunday. it slots very well with the mudhoney release and the sabbath release. out of those three it is going to be hard for me to pick a favorite. and i would say that after all the years of build up to this split/big band release....it definitely lives up to how i've hyped it up for myself in my head over the years.

Yeah, I agree. The two songs already released are good, but for me Bitter Feeling and Sails are easily the two stand outs. Bitter Feeling, along with the great vocals, has a nice guitar noodle ending. Much enjoyed.
I can't figure out who is singing Sails, but they did a really good cover musically of that Uli Jon Roth era Scorps song.

Just got my cheapy CD, and getting ready to play it. The new song is 8mins long. That and Sails are the two I am most excited to hear.

Yes, the amount of standalone CDs is limited in that each vinyl version comes with a CD as well. 500 CDs were already allocated.

Damn, glad I jumped right on this, I didn't think the CD would sell out that fast.

The more i hear it, the more i like the idea of the ending of 'My Discomfort Is Radiant' being it's own actual song. I mean it feels like a totally different song anyway and i think it would be nice for it to have it's own title. Even if it is only a minute long.

Yup, I thought the same, it threw me for a loop when I first hear it, talk about a false ending.

Man. Hammering is a great damn song.
