Over the last 6 months I have picked up the following melvins (In this order) through the proper legal channels:

"Newdini" for brevity's sake
Stoner Witch
Stag
H.A.T
The Bootlicker

The only melvins song I've ever downloaded (other than live material) is Civilized Worm.  Spend your entire fortune on the Melvins, neither you nor they will be disappointed.

i was there too, nothing at all played off bullhead, eggnog, and lysol!?

My theory is since they have two new members and they only had so much time to learn new songs, thus they learned the melvins "most popular" songs.
Perhaps as they play together longer the setlist will expand.  Also finding interesting and cool things to do with two drumkits on your old songs must take a bit of time to put together correctly.

The pictures of the back are completely faded color wise except for the blurry shot, damn camera ran out of batteries before i could get the right shot :)  Also, The teeth on the front glow in the dark!

Thank God my wife now sees the light.  She was absolutely stoked by the melvins/big business show.  Her third Melvins show and she finally "got it".
Who knows how long the relationship could have lasted if she hated the melvins :)

The other melvins shirt I was tempted to buy (I should have bought both) had a drawing of a penguin on the front saying, "Happy Halloween Bitch!"
I did not get a picture of it though.

Note to other interviewers: Good serious questions get good serious answers. Best 'view ever.

I agree, these types of interviews are few and far between.

Though they were selling porn t-shirts at the Portland show, it doesn't look like they actually played (I didn't arrive till 9:30pm though so I could be wrong).

Don't forget this will not be the first time melvins songs have been done with two drummers.  Melvins/Fantomas big band have played some melvins songs since that show in 2000 with Dale and Lombardo sharing the stage.  Theres a great dvd available of the more recent european tour (bologna).  Check it out if you have the time/bandwidth.

Remember this is just the cover, who knows what the whole package will look like.  Usually theres a lot of other things goin on inside the cd case.
I'll wait till I see the complete design but I like what I see.  I think Mackie has great taste from what I've see.
